sourdough


I have transferred my sourdough brew in a glass jug - much easier to look after, good advise from Rose (another blogger). It is looking good - I also put a sultana in it so I'm looking forward to day 14 when I can use this raising agent. Every day I put in 1/2 cup of water and 1/2 cup of flour after taking 1/2 the mixture out. Happy baking my friends
